Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1-pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp Liquid Napalm
2 tbsp Voodoo Ash
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Liquid Napalm, Voodoo Ash, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, and the egg. Form the mixture into balls and place onto the baking sheet, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Mix the barbeque sauce and peach preserves; cover the meatballs serve.
*I prefer a nice chipotle barbeque sauce for this recipe
