Ingredients
1 medium yellow onion - chopped
1 medium green pepper - chopped
4 cloves garlic – minced
1 bunch green onions – chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes – 14.5 ounces
1 can tomatoes sauce
2 cans kidney beans (drained)
2 tbsp Voodoo Ash 4 tbsp for extra kick
1 tbsp Liquid Napalm
¼-cup chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Brown the ground beef, drain, and set aside. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for six hours or on high for 3 hours. Serve in bowls topped with green onions and cheese.
